Due to the immediate technical nature of intangible digital goods and downloadable software resources, all sales are final once payment authorization is confirmed and the repository access tokens or deployment logs are compiled.

2. No-Refund & Dispute Exception

Because the original source files cannot be physically returned or revoked, we cannot process standard cancellation requests or refunds once source files have been acquired. This policy ensures the absolute protection of our intellectual software property.

3. Engineering Support Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our primary focus. If you encounter compilation discrepancies, system deployment errors, or database synchronization hitches, we provide 14 days of comprehensive engineering support to ensure successful system deployment.
